Sound familiar?

Small problems that quietly cost hours.

If any of these costs your team a few hours a week, it is usually worth fixing for good.

What it costs you

Put a number on the busywork.

Move the sliders. Most teams are surprised.

Every year, that adds up to$18,000

600 hours of copying, pasting, checking, and chasing. Even automating half of it frees up 300 hours for work that grows the business.

What I do

Four kinds of work, done properly.

01

Workflow automation

Connect the tools you already use, like email, web forms, spreadsheets, CRMs, and ecommerce platforms, so information moves on its own. Built with Zapier, Make, n8n, or Python, whichever fits your budget and your team.

Example: A new web-form lead is added to your CRM, assigned to the right person, and sent a follow-up email automatically.

02

Data cleanup and reporting

Messy spreadsheets, duplicate records, and exports that never line up. I clean, validate, and organize your data, then set up reports that build themselves.

Example: A weekly sales report that took half a day now lands in your inbox every Monday morning.

03

GIS and mapping data

Processing and cleanup for geospatial data: parcels, field collection, survey points, and imagery outputs. Raw files become maps and tables people can act on.

Example: Field-collected points merged with county parcel data into one clean, usable map layer.

04

Contact center systems

IVR and call-flow development, changes, testing, and production support for contact centers, from someone who did this work for more than twelve years in regulated financial services.

Example: Add a new menu path, test every branch end to end, and document the change for your team.

How it works

Simple from first email to handoff.

  1. 01

    Tell me the problem

Email a few sentences about what is slowing you down. No sales call required.

  2. 02

    Get a fixed quote

I reply within one business day with questions or a fixed price and timeline. You know the cost before any work starts.

  3. 03

    I build and test it

I learn your tools on my own time, so you never pay for my learning curve. Then I build it and test it against real examples.

  4. 04

    Clean handoff

You get a working result plus plain-English instructions, so it keeps running long after I am done.

Experience

Built on real production work.

01

Financial services

12+ years inside production systems

Supported customer-contact and financial-services technology at Bread Financial: incident response, system changes, IVR and telephony, vendor coordination, and documentation.

02

Contract work

Projects for very large organizations

Contract projects for major companies, including several in the S&P 500 top 50. Client names and details stay protected by nondisclosure agreements.

03

Current builds

Automation, ecommerce, and AI workflows

Hands-on work with APIs, Python, Cloudflare, Supabase, ecommerce catalog and order automation, and AI-assisted workflows that keep a person in charge of the final call.

Industries: contact centers, financial services, mortgage, insurance, legal, ecommerce, and aviation.

About me

Hi, I'm Greg.

I'm a retired Air Force E-6 and a licensed private pilot, and I live in Carroll, Ohio, just southeast of Columbus. I've also kept honey bees for about 15 years. It is equal parts science, problem-solving, and patience, and the bees regularly have a different plan than I do. Client systems are a lot like that. I adapt to how things actually work and keep moving until the job is finished.

Questions

Before you email.

What size jobs do you take?

Small and medium. A single automation that saves your team a few hours a week is a perfectly good first project.

How do you charge?

A fixed price per project, agreed before any work starts. If you want ongoing support afterward, we can set up a simple monthly arrangement.

Do you only work remotely?

Almost all work is remote, for clients anywhere in the U.S. For on-site work I can travel within about 100 miles of Columbus, Ohio.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. I start with the tools you already pay for and only suggest something new when it clearly saves money or time.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Most of my past work is under one.

Let's talk

Tell me what's slowing you down.

Send a few sentences about the problem and the tools you use today. I'll reply within one business day.
